Each plastic name badge comes with a metal strip applied to the back that attracts to the magnet through clothing for a secure hold. Does not damage clothing as pins do. Warning: Persons with pacemakers should not wear magnets. Price includes magnet! We do not offer PMS color match however UV print process produces colors very close to PMS on most logos.
